Unless stated or otherwise agreed beforehand, orders are dispatched using standard delivery methods with no tracking number.

8th Sin offers free domestic delivery for orders placed or delivered in the UK only. Please note we have the right to withdraw or cancel free delivery at any time with no notification beforehand.

Standard domestic orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd Class postal method. Royal Mail estimates this postal method takes 2-4 business days (not including the weekend) to arrive.

Standard international orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Airmail postal method. Royal Mail estimates this postal method takes 5-20 business days (not including the weekend) to arrive in Europe and 5-25 business days (not including the weekend) to arrive in the rest of the world.

Business/working days do not include the weekend, national holidays or strikes so please take this into consideration when calculating estimated delivery times.

If you require extra insurance or compensation, or a tracking number, they are available as shipping upgrades during checkout.

If you require any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Please double check your delivery name and address whilst placing your order, especially during busy periods (orders to be received before national holidays and festive periods). If your order is returned to us due to a customer name or address error, we will charge an extra postage fee (if applicable) to send it out again.

Although we endeavor to comply with any changes to your order, we may need to cancel the order and for you to put it through again. This complies with Paypal's terms and conditions regarding address changes in particular. Please note we do not hold inventory once an order has been cancelled so please place the order again with the correct details as quickly as possible to avoid disappointment.

Once your order is dispatched, we cannot alter any information such as recipient name, address or order contents. Any returns will have to be made by the customer and sent back to us unused in the original packaging with delivery paid for by the customer.

If your order does not arrive in the allocated time frame for the delivery method chosen, please contact your local postal service and ourselves before making any claims or chargebacks.
