How can I pay on your site?
We accept Paypal payment currently, which you can use even if you don't have a Paypal account. You can pay using a credit or debit card or your Paypal account.
Are all your items handmade?
Most of our items are designed in-house but we also stock worldwide independent brands and designers as well. Please be assured all our items are curated to ensure they are high quality, affordable and hard to find elsewhere.
Do you accept custom orders?
We happily accept custom orders and any customisations on existing items and will either work with our in-house designers or independent designers and brands to accept custom work.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! 8th Sin is a worldwide brand and many of our customers and orders are international, including the US, Canada, France, Germany, Spain, Australia, Japan and more! We've dispatched orders to the majority of the world and almost all continents!
How much is delivery?
Standard UK delivery is free and dispatched using 2nd Class postage. Standard European delivery is a flat-rate £3.20 for as many items as you like. Standard delivery for the rest of the world is a flat-rate £3.80 for as many items as you like. Shipping upgrades are also available during checkout so unless otherwise stated or chosen, your order will be dispatched using standard postal methods.
What delivery methods do you use?
Unless shipping upgrades are selected at checkout, all orders are dispatched using standard postal methods. Domestic UK orders are dispatched via 2nd Class postage. All international orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Airmail. Please note standard delivery for all countries, including the UK, do not include tracking numbers.
How long will it take for my items to arrive?
Once your order has been completed, it will take 1-2 business days to process. After that your order will begin to be made or packed, which can take 3-5 business days usually. If it is any longer we will contact you to let you know. Once your order is made and packed, we will dispatch it. Please check your chosen delivery method for delivery times. Standard UK mail takes 2-4 business days to arrive, European orders take 5-20 and the rest of the world takes 5-25 days.
Is your site trustworthy?
Yes! We take security and customer information very seriously. As well as having an SSL certificate (the little padlock next to the web address), our website encrypts all information and we never use your information in any other way other than to process your order. We will never sell your information or use it to add you to any unwanted newsletters or subscriptions so please rest assured all your information is kept and used in the strictest confidence.
Is my payment secure?
Yes! All payments are placed using Paypal, who encrypt all information. We don't actually see your payment information, that's taken care of by Paypal. You can use Paypal even if you don't have a Paypal account set up; you can pay using a credit or debit card as well as a pre-existing Paypal account.
What happens if my items don't arrive?
If your order hasn't arrived, please check our delivery information or this FAQ for estimated delivery times. If your order hasn't arrived in the estimated time frame, don't hesitate to contact us either through this website or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We will do everything we can in our power to fix any problems and achieve customer satisfaction.

The rest are sourced from other independent brands and designers and again, are either entirely unique or very hard to find elsewhere (especially at the same affordable price or easy availability). Because of this we offer customisation and bespoke orders either through our in-house designers or by working with our collaborated independent designers and brands.
Where do you get your supplies?
Our supplies are sourced from all over the world and it takes a long time to find such a variety of supplies at affordable prices that we can pass on to you, the customer. Because of this, we hope you understand that our sourcing is a trade secret.
