How to measure:

• Method one: Measure each nail bed at the widest part with a soft tape measure and note each width
• Method two: Place a piece of tape across the widest part of your nail bed, mark each side with a pen, remove tape, measure with a flat ruler

How to apply/remove for reapplication:

• Lightly file your natural nail tip until smooth and even
• Lightly buff/file your entire nail bed for better adhesion
• Wipe your nail beds and cuticles with nail polish remover or an alcohol wipe
• Adhesive tabs: Remove one side of the adhesive tab and place the tab on your nail bed. Remove the other side and lower the false nail onto your nail at an angle, starting at the cuticle. Press down firmly to ensure the full surface is covered and wait a few minutes for the nail to adhere. To remove, peel the false nail off the adhesive tab carefully with an orange stick or similar. Remove the adhesive nail tab from your nail and any residue from the false nails if applicable.
• Glue: Start with the first three steps above (file, buff, wipe). Apply a thin layer of nail glue to your entire nail bed, leaving a 1mm gap all sides and being careful not to flood the cuticle. Lower the false nail onto your nail at an angle, starting at the cuticle. Press down firmly to ensure the full surface is covered and wait a few minutes for the glue to dry. To remove, carefully apply nail glue remover (if applicable, depending on glue brand/type), gently lift the false nails from your nails with an orange stick or similar, and gently file off any nail glue residue from the false nails.
